1. Can I place an order and pick it up in-store?

Unfortunately, we do not accept online orders to be picked up. We are very busy as is, so we only dedicate extra time to assemble orders that must be shipped out. 

2. Can I place an order for produce or frozen/refrigerated items?

Unfortunately, we do not ship anything that is perishable (produce, frozen and refrigerated items). These items are listed on the website for viewing purposes only so that local customers may view our full line of products.

3. How and/or when can I speak to somebody for assistance?

Our phone number is 916-391-4290. Customers may call our store anytime between our business hours from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. PST, Monday-Friday.

4. When will my order be shipped after it is placed?

We typically process orders placed before 12 P.M. PST on the same day and then have them transferred to the shipping carrier within the following 24 hours. However, orders placed over the weekend will usually be processed on the following Monday of that week.
